Troy Lee Design's new D2 Carbon Open Face Helmet features the same quality construction and revolutionary styling as the classic D2, but its versatility makes it a perfect fit for many sports including skiing, snowboarding and bicycling. This open face helmet is still incredibly strong and astonishingly light in weight, just like the full face D2 Carbon helmet, the open face consists of 60% carbon fiber, 20% aramid, and are then reinforced with 20% fiberglass. Finally, the D2 Carbon helmet features a new uni-weave carbon fiber outer surface.
